Is my Spark 3 Dead or is there something else to try

I have a spark 3 cardio, that I bought a little over a year ago. About 6 weeks ago, the battery died and it would not recharge, so I did the hard reset per the instructions I found. Wednesday, I was out on a run, when the low battery notification happened, no biggy I will charge when I get to the house. Again, my spark 3 died, will not charge and so I tried to do the reset again, well it is stuck, for over 12 hrs the spark says tom-tom.com/reset and my computer says resetting almost good as new...

Now what? I love my Spark 3, but getting frustrated, and trying to decided is it time to plan a funeral and move on?

Any help would be great

    At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do. They are able to more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
