Failure battery twice-rider 400

For the 2nd time, my new TomTom rider 400 has a failure with charging. After a winterstop the TomTom is not working. This is the second time. I can't reach te service desk called 6 times with waiting time of 30 minutes. Send e-mails but no responds. this is not the service i am used to in the Netherlands.
