QuickGPS will not update

I have gone as far as to reset my factory settings on my Spark 3 watch and the Quick GPS still will not update on my watch. What more can I do?

    This worked for me as well - I had the same problem. Thanks a lot! I thought that this service is being stopped as well since tomtom got out of the watch business already a while ago. But it seems that there is still some life left in my runner cardio 3.
