Gym activity didn't count calories

Hi,

I set my first gym activity on my Spark Music watch and did a hour of Zumba but no calories were counted for an hours workout. Am i missing something?

(edit: i have now turned on the Sensor > Heart to On and now i just get please wait and nothing works)

Does the Spark Music not support HR? Basically i just want it count my calories when in gym mode.

    Do you have a Spark Cardio version (are there LEDs on the back and when you go to About, does it say Cardio)? If not, you would need to use an eternal HR strap (set Sensors>Heart to External) in order to get calories, which come from the HR reading. The fact that you get Please Wait indicates you do not have a Cardio model.

    No i have a Spark Music so i assume i need to get a HR strap? Do you have any recommendations?
