Runner 2 cardio Music - headphones paired but music not worked

I've got tomtom runner 2 cardio music adn headphones Bluedio T2S.
At first their worked exellent together. After a while the watch and the phones are paired (there is a notification both in the watch and in the headphone - paired successfull) but
the music on the watch isin't working (no time elapsed in songs). There is a silent in the headphone.
The headphone and the watch at first worked good. The music was perfect. After a while (apx 30-40sec) headphones roar and booming. I couldn't switch next song on my watch. That looked like watch didn't detect the headphones, although there was a sign the phones are paired. Now there is no music.
I checked phones with other tomtom watch and there is the same problem. The funny thing is that I have got other T2S Bluedio headphone I've bought earlier and their work with the watches perfectly. Have you any idea what the problem might be and what i have to do? I will be very grateful for any tip.
And one more thing - headphone work with my phone perfect. The problem is only with my watch.

    You may want to call Customer Support to ask them about it, but I would try a factory reset first in case it is just an issue in your firmware install. Also make sure the phone's Bluetooth is turned off when connecting the headphones to the watch as they will steal the signal, which may be why you are not hearing anything. BT is a one-to-one relationship and you can't easily determine which device has taken control.

    To do a factory reset, make sure the Connect software is running and dock the device to your computer. The Connect window will open; press the gear at the top right and select factory reset from the next screen. Follow the steps provided and when prompted to register or sign in to MySports, select sign in and use your existing account credentials. It is fairly straightforward and should take less than 5 minutes.

    To get the number for Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

    Thank you for advidce.
    I did a factory reset and then switch off the watch. After that the music starts to play.
