what is difference of the GO520 and GO620 ?

    They are identical except

    GO520:-

    Screen size - 5 inch (13 cm) touchscreen
    Screen resolution - 480 x 272 pixels, 109 PPI

    GO620:-

    Screen size - 6 inch (15 cm) touchscreen
    Screen resolution - 800 x 480 pixels, 154 PPI

    TomTom's info pages still aren't clear that the screen is the only difference. This is the only info I could find so that is appreciated.

    Are there any real world differences like battery life, screen responsiveness, brightness, or clarity that people have noticed?

    The 620 allows for the adjustment of font size on the device.

    Thanks for the additional info. I took up their offer and ordered a 620 to replace my old 920.

    Got my GO 620. Screen is so much bigger than my old GPS. Also heavier so had to weigh it. Came in at 9.5 oz.
