Runner 2: In Runner Mode no more GPS distance info and no connection anymore to iPhone nor computer

Hi,
during my run today, there was no more distance info in RUN mode, in CYCLE it was still OK.
When I came back home, there is no more sync to me iPhone ... so nu upload of the data.
Last but not least, while connecting to my (Windows) PC, my Runner 2 is no more detected. So, also no RESET is possible.
Did someone had the same issue?

PS1: wile trying to enter via 'contact', my serial number is not available in Runner 2 ... only HO and no HN which is my case ... so, no possibility to ask TomTom :-(
PS2: as I will be running the Prague marathon quite soon, I would love to solve this issue ...

    At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do. They are able to more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
