Internal error message when trying to enter destination -GO 500

When I type the name of my desired destination or enter an address, I get a message "internal error". Is there a fix for this?

Just do a soft reset and try to enter the destination again.

I have same issue "Internal Search Error". Soft Reset doesn't work!!

Maybe a Factory Restore is the route.
Make sure your device is fully charged then do a factory restore by going into Settings, System, Reset Device.
This will delete all your Data ie Favourites, Poi files and Routes you have loaded as well as your settings.. When you restart it and go through the setup you will have to log the unit into your TT account. When you connect it to your phone for data or if you connect it to your PC and open My Drive it should reload all your Favourites etc you can see if you go onto the MyDrive webpage and log in.
