Go Mobile App does not start

the application when started stays on the initial loading screen what can I do to be able to start it correctly?

    I would recommend that you try the troubleshooting steps mentioned below:

    # Uninstall the app
    # Log out of the Playstore.
    # Delete Android / data / com.tomtom.gplay.navapp and Android / OBB / com.tomtom.gplay.navapp.
    # Restart the phone
    # Open the Playstore log in and reinstall the app

    And if you have SD-card. Remove it before installing the app
