Runner 2 cardio does not sync

My runner 2 cardio does not sync with my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge. This is an old issue (it syncs sometimes but in most of the time it does not) that I, honestly, give up waiting for a solution.

As an alternative I was syncing my activities with TomTom Sports Connect windows version. Although is asks me to register the watch everytime I tried to sync, it was working (just had to enter my email/password and voilá)
But, now it is impossible to sync even on Sports Connect! it asks me to register my device and when I try to do so (entering email and password) the website returns an error: "Cannot read property 'url' of undefined"

The most weird thing is that I am logged in the Tomtom Sports website. I can see my log of activities, etc...

Any hints to help me?

    At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do. They are able to more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
