Software stability

Hello

About a week ago I updated my
TomTom Touch Cardio + Body Composition To 1.44.12

Now I am able to connect to my Iphone 6S, great.
But the software stability is a big issue. I have often an unresponsive device.
Often the device will reboot after i have tried to get it to display the clock.
My use cases are fairly simple. Only uses step counter and watch.
I have two devices, both are facing the same issues.
Had a chat with a friend which also has a TomTom Touch the following day.
He experience the same instability after last software update.

Can we expect a software update that addresses these issues ?

    I would not necessarily expect this to be fixed at all. Considering TT has left the wearables market and is not producing any new devices (in part because of the failure of the Touch devices), development has slowed to a crawl (it has been over six months since the last update broke connectivity for many users and introduced battery drain issues and that is still unresolved). I would not expect much more development and the device may simply be what you see is what you get at this point.

    You should try a factory reset on the device and see if that resolves it but other than that you can call Support who can dig deeper and determine if it is a hardware fault. To do a factory reset, make sure the Connect software is running and dock the device to your computer. The Connect window will open; press the gear at the top right and select factory reset from the next screen. Follow the steps provided and when prompted to register or sign in to MySports, select sign in and use your existing account credentials. It is fairly straightforward and should take less than 5 minutes.

    To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
