Hi all,
I have the last version of TomTom Home, I have logged in but when I try to update the TomTom it said me that the device is not connected. I have attached some images.
I have tried without success to connect to another USB port and reset the devices.
Any idea?

A START 25 needs MyDriveConnect (MDC) not TomTome Home. Uninstall 'Home' and get a fresh copy of MDC from here https://it.support.tomtom.com/app/getstarted/p/27010
