I purchased Tom Tom Traffic Europe for my Trucker 6000 today with telephone help from support, as the site said it wasn't compatible for the trucker 6000 (which was originally brought with it on) but they talked my through the process by clicking on other device, I was told the purchase and payment had gone through and just needed to plug my device into the computer and load it through MyDrive!!!!
Not so easy!!
When accessing My Drive there is no evidence of the purchase and when checking on the order in TomTom.com it says its 'In progress'!!
What more can I do? Very, very frustrating:(
