Spark 3 alarm never stops

I have accidentally left my Spark3 in my jui-jitsu bag after class, forgetting to put it back on. I find it the next day, alarm still going off 6 hours later, battery drained to almost empty. It would be very helpful if the device had an auto shut off feature. Stop "alarming" after maybe 15 minutes. Is this a known issue and can you add it to the list of items to improve on?

Yours is the first I have heard of this happening so you may want to try a factory reset and see if that fixes it as it is likely a glitch in the firmware install. As to a list of items to improve on, there is no list. Considering TT has left the wearables market and is not producing any new devices (and never even released the Adventurer in the US), I would assume at this point any updates will be limited to bug fixes (and even that may be limited - it has been over six months since the last update broke connectivity for many users and introduced battery drain issues and that is still unresolved). I would not expect much more development and certainly not something major particularly on the watch side (they may continue to tweak the MySports site and app, but not the watches themselves).

I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.
