TRUCKER 6000 slow itinerary planning

rrrfrrrf Posts: 2 [Apprentice Traveler]
Hello Guys how are you?
I have a TT trucker 6000 and he's very slow when i plan a trip. Sometimes it takes up to 10minutes to plan a 2000Km trip.
Before he normally took around 1minute or less.

i am trying to update it on mydriveconnect, however am i affraid of losing hundreds of favourites i have saved over the past year.

1st question: how to make a backup of favourites?
i saw some articles saying that on the mydrive connect icon (near the windows clock) there's an right click option saying "manage community content" however when i right click my icon there's no such option.

Help?

If i simply upgrade my map (i have europe 1001 ...there's a new update to europe 1005) will i loose my favourites?
thanks!

"Manage community content" is for the previous NAV3 devices
Your NAV4 device stores your MyPlaces in the Tomtom cloud using the MyDriveWeb Route planner
    Here... https://mydrive.tomtom.com

    Using the MyDrive...

It looks complicated but it isn't, most of the process steps are for the installation of the programs and set-up and are only required once...
Then it's simply Drag 'n' Drop of a few files

    Good evening.
Yes but that mydrive website only imports POI and favourites.
What about the favourites inside tomtom? How can we back them up??

I have my tomtom connected to my computer via USB and the favourites aren't showing on the website.
if i update my tomtom map will it delete my current favourites??
