What activity setting should I use?

I am doing aquafit class. What setting should I use? Freestyle? Swim?

    Gym mode is probably best. Freestyle required GPS and I assume you are indoors and swimming does not track HR data. Gym will record the duration, the HR and the calories based on HR.
