I contacted TomTom via the contact page but after 3 days have still heard nothing (except for a generic acknowledgement): my Sport 3 watch strap snapped off at the buckle after only 14 months of use. Not at all happy - it's not as though you can choose an alternative make. (But the watch itself is brilliant).

Take a direct approach and call them, emails are easily lost or ignored. To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.

I've had 2 straps neither lasted more than six months. Last time (January) TomTom said they would send me a new one, it has never arrived. I now buy $6 straps from AliExpress (free shipping). The first one (I bought three) has been in use since January and shows no sign of deterioration.
