Speed camera service ended too early.

I have plased an order of speed camera service 09-10-2017 for 1,5 year. Now I got a email message, that my order has already ended in last month and I have to plase a new order.
What is this?
I have tryed to contact Tomtom custom service in Finland without any succee.
I have copies of my orders an I want to show those them, but how.
What shall I do?
