recovery for XXL

Hi all, trying to recovery my XXL i can't find a solution.All the tips from the video instructions have done but still nothing is going on.Anybody who knows something to do?

    Did you ever make a backup, hopefully manually, of your unit's contents?

    Unfortunately there is no back ,it was long time not in use and I deleted the files accidentally

    When you connect the device to Home, Manage my Device (2nd screen), what does it show for Items on Device, maps, etc.?

    Items on computer, what shows there?
