Error when i try to purchase a map???

Hello,

I am trying to purchase a map for my Tom Tom ( Renault Megane ), but every time a Proceed to Payment there comes that ERROR - The Internet server had an internal error....
What should I do? I reported the problem many times to Tom Tom "automatically"but the problem isn't resolved. Please contact me on [email protected]

    Welcome to the community :)

    I would recommend you try clearing the cache and history in your browser and try again, perhaps you may also want to try a different browser.

    If still no success then try placing an order on the Ireland webshop.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the reply. I was trying to buy the map from the Tom Tom Home app. Could the problem be that i am from Bulgaria and the app wouldn't work for my country....?

    Later i will try it from the browser :)
