Show my speed on display panel

We have just purchased a Fiat Ducato motorhome with the Uconnect 5 multimedia system. Can anyone tell me how I can get my current speed to display next to the speed limit on the display panel? Also I want to turn up the volume but it keeps turning the radio volume up and I can’t stop the radio! Very frustrating, I hope someone can help, please.
