Search for an hotel with my TOMTOM device- Missing on the map v10.05

Just for example:

This is the hotel address i got on The hotel website:

Hotel Rancho Encantado
Carretera Federal 307 KM 24
Bacalar, Quintana Roo, 77930, Mexico

I can't retrieve it on the brand new map of Mexico I bought 1 week ago.
Could somebody give me an easy method to solve this?

    It's not yet in the TT POI database it seems. You can find the road, but it does not have house numbers apparently. You can search on "Carretera Reforma Agraria-Puerto Juárez, Bacalar."

    Best would be to report the missing POI using the online Map Share Reporter tool.
