Connect GO930 to PC

Hi, can not connect GO930 to PC: the device hangs up after pressing "Allow to connect to PC" button. Then reset is needed. What can be the problem?

    Does not help much. Software on PC installed correctly. That 077-662-00-10 sends me to online support for device older than 5 years. Is there any support at all?

    Give them another call, but be silent when it asks for the device type, you will then get through to a "real" person :)

    Thanks, Niall, tried that. But the content of answer does not change much: "It might be some software issue, but we do not know and do not repair that any longer, buy a new one" :(
    Talking to alive man sometimes is no better than talking to a machine.
    Upset with attitude.

    Any independent workshop that is more service minded?
