Reloading activities from my Runner 3 to website (TomTom Sports)?

I accidentally deleted 2 activities from the TomTom Sports website. Can I reload them from my Runner 3 somehow? They don't seem to sync again.
I also have them as gpx files in Strava, as they loaded there automatically. However if I load them as gpx files into TomTom Sports, they just show us as the routes, not the activities with all the data.
Any other solutions?

    To force MySports to reupload an activity you need to do the following:

    1. Exit MySports Connect on your computer (you must use a computer to reupload – right click on the tray icon and select Exit).
    2. Locate the ttbin files:

    PC:
    The ttbins are saved in a dated folder for the date of the activity under C:\Users\{User Name}\TomTom MySports\{Watch Name}

    Apple Devices:
    a. Connect your iOS device to your computer and wait for iTunes to open.
    b. Select your iOS device in the iTunes sidebar.
    c. Select the Apps tab and scroll down to File Sharing.
    d. Select MySports.
    e. The ttbin files are listed on the right hand side.
    f. Right-click (Mac: ctrl-click) a file to copy it and save it to your computer

    Android Devices:
    a. In Android, the ttbin files are stored on the internal SD in (/sdcard/TomTom_MySports/[serial number of watch]/workouts/uploaded/).
    b. Copy them to your computer

    3. Place the ttbin files in the serial number directory:
    Windows: C:\Users\[user name]\TomTom MySports\[serial number]
    Mac: [home dir]/TomTom Sports/[serial number]
    4. Restart MySports Connect and connect your watch
    5. Go the Settings page (click the gear icon on the top right) and press the 'Try again' button to re-upload the files.

    I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.

    I also have accidentally deleted an activity 'recorded' on a TomTom watch and saved to an iMac (originally running Mac OS Mojave but now running Catalina). I have located the ttbn file stored in the TomTom folder. Referring to the instructions above :- a) Connect which iOS device to the computer and why ? iTunes was on the computer at the time of the activity but has now been replaced by 'Music' in OS Catalina. iTunes is not used to save activities from TomTom watches, only MySports as far as I am aware so do I ignore a), b), c), d) and e) ? Then at f) I have to copy and save the ttbn file to my computer but WHERE ON THE COMPUTER? It is already there. Does it need to be in another folder to enable the activity to be restored ?

    The iTunes instructions are if you are uploading through the app. If you upload by computer, the ttbin files should already be on your machine. If you have the ttbin files, just skip to step 3. Place the files in the folder named after the serial number on your watch and then restart MySports, connect your watch and hit Try Again under settings.

    Thank you for your reply. I have tried your suggested fix. The 'activity' has appeared on TomTom Sports but only shows a duration; no distance or route. Any further suggestions please ?

    All I can think is that the file was somehow corrupted which is why it did not load in the first place. You can try reloading it again, but if that does not work it is likely bad data and I do not know of any way to fix that. You can edit the activity in MySports to add the distance but there is no way to add the route. Was it a GPS enable activity like running or cycling?

    It was cycling. I had downloaded the activity onto MySports at the time and it looked perfect. It was only recently when I was tidying my files that I somehow managed to delete it. I'll try to reload as you suggest. Does it have to be the same watch as the one that was used for the ride ? - I have 2 TomTom watches and I'm not sure which one I used.

    I believe it may have to be the same watch. Try the other one and see if it loads better the second time.

    @tfarabaugh is right.
    I tested it and the ttbn file needs to match the watch.

    Thank you very much for your patience and help. Unfortunately I have been unable to recover the data. I'll be more careful in future.
