Can't get GPS signal on VIA 1515 after update

After updating my device, I can't get a GPS signal. I can't find an icon on my drive to allow me to empty my cache and re-download a GPS update. Where do I go from here?

    Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

    Also, with MyDriveConnect running and your device connected, click on the US flag in the screen to get to Settings.

    Click that and move to the download tab to see where to clear the download folder.

    That said, I'm not sure that'll do anything about getting a gps lock on your device.

    Thank you. I finally was able to get a drum roll. My device reset to show a map of Times Square in NY! I'm a bit far away from that location, but after getting a real GPS fix, I'm up and running. :)
    I also appreciate now knowing how to get into my settings.
