I'm running W10, fully up to date. Each time I try to open MyDrive Connect I have the error message. I have deleted and re-installed MDC several times, but no change. Any suggestions, please

This should have gone into my OP, but didn't show, so trying again

Try to completely remove MDC using the FREEWARE version of Revo Uninstaller. Get it here:
    https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

Then get a fresh copy at tomtom.com/getstarted and install.

THEN connect your device to the computer and see if things go better.

Thank you for your suggestion. Sadly, No change.

The screenshot I tried to paste still didn't show so here is the full message

TomTom MyDrive Connect.exe - Bad Image

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVCP140.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0vc000012f

I have used revouninstaller, uninstalled MDC, run the scan and deleted the "scraps" found and then re-installed MDC. As previously, I get the same message as soon as the installation has been completed.

    Any further thoughts please?
