I renewed my annual subscription as requested in December 2017.
I then get an e-mail in January 2018 to say my device is no longer supported, WITHOUT ANY WARNING!

So I sent an e-mail expressing my displeasure that in my opinion I had been Hood Winked, and as yet have had no reply.

In my opinion I should be due a reimbursement of 11/12 of my renewal fee if Tom Tom cannot fulfill their obligation.

Answers please, or I will be submitting my complaint to the Ombudsman!

    This is a user forum.

    My understanding is that remaining subscriptions will be honoured.

    Confirm with support but do NOT reply with a model when prompted and a live agent will respond:

    Tomtom have already stated that Lifetime Maps and any existing Map Subscriptions will be honoured

    Being a "Dinosaur" I am never too certain how these Forums work.
