iPhone Nav app updated to go and subs lost when changing phones

Hi there, I have been using the Nav App for sometime and chose to upgrade it to the Go app when prompted, when I upgraded I didn't have to pay to get navigation as it was part of the upgrade, however I have since replaced my phone and when restoring the app it didn't restore my free subscription meaning I no longer have use of the application. I have checked my TomTom account and there's no record of me having access previously.

Does anyone know can I get my use of the application back please?

    I would advise you to contact our customer support and they'll be able to help you further to assign the free subscription of the Go Mobile App being an existing user. You can click on the 'Contact Us' option at the bottom of this page to Phone/Email them.
