Hi,
I think I've found a bug in the software.

If your destination is in a different country (one that drives on the other side of the road, ie. France to UK) - in my case it was France to UK.

When the Blue alternative faster route comes up, it shows the wrong side of the road - i.e. as though you were driving on left, not the right - which means that the uncoming junction was wrong, as I hadn't clicked the "select alternative route" by this point.

    Hi pw69,

    I would advise you to get in touch with our customer support to report this. They'll be able to rectify whether it's an old map or the software installed on the device which leads to this behaviour you explained.

    You can click on the 'Contact Us' option at the bottom of this page to Phone/Email them.

    I've always kept the software and maps fully upto date.
