Trouble updating my TomTom Via 280

Hi, I recently went to do an update but the update doesnt work and now theres no maps on the TomTom device!

I have rebooted it, reconnected the device to MyDrive connect, tried another computer but the same problem.

I think the Device may be broken? It all works apart from saying no maps showing and my drive connect wont update it.
