We are going to visit the Azores this year. My Tomtom has a lifetime European map (Europe v1000.8687). I can't find the adresses of the hotels on the Azores. I have two questions:
  • Why can't I find the adresses, the Azores are part of Portugal?
  • If I need to buy the Eastern Atlantic Islands my system is not compatible?
Please help me!

    Hello EthoZ,

I just type the adress (and not Portugal) for example:

    HOTEL Horta
    Rua Marcelino Limo
    9900-122 Horta
    Portugal

I think I do something wrong, am I?

You don't have the latest map installed (1005). Yours shows 1000. That may be the problem.

    Thank you for the advises!

I installed the new map and can find the hotels. I found that the quick search mode is not always the best. If I use the other search mode, it's better. I think with your help we solved the problem.

    Thank to all the helpers.:relaxed:
