I bought a tomtom touch. Then downloaded the app Runekeeper to synchronize the heart rate and receive the notifications of it, during the exercise. But this app and none of the others I have tried can read the HR and show at the app display.
I tried in a Samsung Galaxy J2 and an Iphone 5C, always with bluethooth on. They both recognize the watch.
The only way I can see my HR is when i touch the watch display.
How can I display the HR in those apps while running?

You can't as the Touch is not an HR transmitter. It records HR internally and transmits it in a data file after the activity is complete, it does not transmit in real time. You can try it with every phone and app on earth and it will never display the HR in real time, that is not how it was designed. For that you either need a more expensive device or just go with a simple HR strap (wither chest or wrist based).

I imagine this is not what you were hoping to hear but let me know if this answered your question. If it did, please mark it as a solution so other can look for it if they have the same question.
