TomTom Adventure 1.7.64 not connecting with my Android phone or to my Ipad air 2.

Just updated my watch and sync is not working i can not connect to both diveces. When i want to pair i see for 1 second te bluetooth code then ist gone.

    Sounds like the update may not have fixed the problem! Did you try forgetting the device in the BT menu before trying to pair?

    Yes I removed the device from my phone and ipad it didnt work.

    I don't know how often you switch between Android and iOS device but can you try a factory reset on your watch?

    With the factory reset it works.

    Thanks for confirming that it works now! There were probably too many pass keys stuck on your watch.
