Flipping between screens | VIA 1515

I set it up for an address and it works fine except that in the cold weather it will flip from the map screen to the menu screen and sometimes a couple other screens as well causing me to have to deal with it while driving ( push "back" "back" "done" )

    Slide a sharp edge of a business card completely around the glass to loosen any 'gunge' lodged there. Also, remove any screen protector.

    there is no screen protector - there is no dust under the bezel - I have done a soft reset - it only happens in the cold - it is cold a lot in canada - I think there is a flaw that the company knows about and refuses to deal with which is why it is so hard to find an actual person at the company to deal with.
    Do you have any contact info for anyone at the actual company?
