I have a TomTom runner watch that used to work perfectly when it was new, the sofware version it has is 1.8.52. I have tried restoring the clock to default values, everytime it shows that QuickGPS is active but anyway when I select to start running it stays in the "please wait" screen. It doesn't show a single signal bar.

If none of this helps the GPS chip may have failed in which case you will need to contact Support. To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
