Tom Tom server LIVE Services connectivity error- TomTom GO 5150

I have bought live to go on my truck sat nav it iv had everything through to say it’s good go but all It keep saying is that an error as occurred on the Tom Tom server try again but nothing happens any body got any remedies cheers
