Which devices allow installing a map of France?

My car got totalled and my TomTom Start 25 was lost in the process, so I need to replace it. Which portable car navigation systems allow me to install a map of France? And, by extension, other countries, as well?

Any TomTom device does.
Some have already included France and for others you have to buy additional maps.
