Loading my drive to computer. It will not load completely and locks up. Tried on another computer and got as far as downloading the updates. Stopped at 25% and would not go any further. Left it up for 2 hours and still no download. Please help. Using windows 7 home edition

    Might an antivirus be affecting proper transmission?

    Try this:
    1. Get the FREEWARE version of Revo Uninstaller from here: https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html
    2. Completely remove MyDriveConnect (or Home 3)
    3. Get a fresh copy from tomtom.com/getstarted and install without the device connected to the computer.
    4. Connect the device and see if things go better
