MyDrive Connect error- api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll

I have been trying to update my tom tom connect, but keep getting an error message: api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll

it tells me to reinstall the program. I deleted the program and reinstalled, but keep getting the same error.

Any help to be offered?

I would really like to update my maps and download a new one!

    The error you mention in your comment is due to a missing Windows update.

    Your link solved my problem.
    I downloaded the update and through it I updated the Windows C++ to the 2017 version.
    At the end of the installation, MyDrive Connect started and now I'm upgrading my navigator.
