i purchased Speed Camera Updates EUROPE - 1.5 YEARS on 6 august 2017 and its stopped working
i have TomTom Via LIVE 120
i know its one of the older models and understand that the new maps wont work on it
but i payed for 1.5 years of speed cameras detection and that seems to have been switched off to

    I reviewed your account and I see the subscription for Speed cameras services is active.

    I would recommend you to a do a soft reset, plan a route and test it first.

    If that does not resolve the issue then reinstall the cameras(Remove Cameras- FAQ | Install Cameras FAQ)- > Soft reset -> Plan a route and test the device again.
