Creating a training program from personalized workouts?

Is there any guidance on how to use the personalised workouts for a 12 week training program to run a 5k?
Not really. You are better off finding a couch to 5k program and follow that. You would not generally need personalized workouts as you will likely not do a lot of interval workouts. You can set it up if you have a specific program you need to do, but it is fairly basic and non-intuitive.
