Music Button on Sports Connect

I bought a Spark 3 hoping to use it with music. I do not have a music button when TomTom Connect opens. Did I get the wrong watch? Is there a way to upgrade the watch or Connect?

    If there is no Music button you likely do not have a music version. Press down from the clock and go to About, does it say Music at the top? If not, it is not a Music version and there is no way to upgrade (it does not have the required hardware). If it does you need to call support to figure out what is wrong with Connect. To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
