hi all!
I have bought my TT spark 3 cardio watches 2 days ago and what I have noticed yesterday was, that when I shake the watches up and down (no matter if I wear them or not and no matter if I the bracelet is on or off - like when they are recharging), it makes some strange noise like something is bouncing inside.
I think I hear it in the part of the watches when the keys for navigation are placed, because when I hold them in this part and shakes, I don`t hear the sound. But when I catch the watches in the part where display is, then I hear that every time I shake.
Is that normal or should I ask for replacing them ?
Thanks for the answer in advance.

That does not sound normal, so you should call Support and put in a warranty claim or return it to the place of purchase. To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

I would take care with your buying decision considering TT has left the wearables market and is not producing any new devices, I would assume at this point any updates will be limited to bug fixes. I would not expect much more development so what you get in the box will likely be all there is. There are also major connectivity and battery drain issues that have not been resolved in over six months. Bear this in mind as you decide to replace it.

I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.
