Missing speed cameras subscription query - GO 520

Linked new tomtom go 520 to my account. The account previously had 2 years speed cameras package. Connecting my new device no speed cameras are shown on my account why

    Subscriptions are linked to specific devices not accounts, and are normally not transferable between devices. Confer with Customer Services the status of your subscription(s)
