I purchased a TomTom Start 20 when visiting Italy 7-8 years ago. I never registered this device online. Just started using out of the box. This product does not seem able to be registered now and I was wondering if I can still use it. We are traveling to Spain and don't want to have to add GPS to rental car charges.

As long as the serial number of your START 20 does NOT start with "AO", (in which case it has been declared 'End of Life') get a fresh copy of MyDriveConnect, and with your START 20 connected to your computer, create a new account (use your forum details)

Then as the old maps are so out of date, purchase the appropriate map of Europe0
