Live Services doesn't work on Carimat TomTom Live

2 weeks ago I purchased Live Services again. In august 2017 my last connection with Live services stopped because my abonnement period ended .
The system gives an error: Wrong username or password.
I did not change the username and password, the same as in my Tom Tom account, in which I purchased the renewal of Live Services.
I changed my password in my account and in de Tom Tom in my car, but I still get the same error.
By e-mail I had contact with TomTom support, but the only answer I get from them is that I have to login with the right username en password. I did that several times, no positive result .

    I already called that number, waiting for 30 minutes, listening to pause music, but no contact with somebody from TomTom.
