I received an email from TomTom on the replacement offer to my obsolete model GPS navigator, I would like to know will there be 1-1 exchange? I don't mind paying the price if there is 1-1 exchange or I will need to throw the old GPS navigator away after I purchased the new GPS navigator?

Not sure what you mean by a '1-1 exchange'. You can keep the old device if and when you get a new one, you just won't be able to update the old one.0

What I meant by 1-1 exchange is 1-to-1 exchange which means after I purchased online and it get delivered to my house, the old device will then pass to the delivery guy to pass it back to the company. This is the thing that I am trying to confirm if there is no 1-to-1 exchange, then I will look somewhere else.0

You do not need to return your old device to Tomtom. They don't want it.0

As you are in Singapore I am not sure if you have a similar bit of legislation as the European "WEE Directive" where consumers can and should return all 'waste' electrical devices to their manufacture free of charge0
