Purchased 1.5yrs & 6 updates 11 Sept 2017 for my Tom Tom, now told it is too old to get updates. Spent $89.95 getting updates haven't had 6 updates and am very annoyed.
Should have been told camera was outdated then before money accepted..

In case you have an active subscription, you will be able to update the device till the subscription expires. Once the subscription has expired customers won't be able to renew the services.

Tomtom have already stated that Lifetime Maps and any ExistingMap Subscriptions will be honoured
