TomTom Rider 400: No more map available after update via MyDrive Connect

I have 2 TomTom Rider 400 systems.
Today I updated both of them.
The first went well.
After the update of the second system I got the Message on the screen of the gps that there were no maps available ! (and I had to install the map again or buy a new one).
MyDrive Connect shows that the system up-to-date but with 12840 MB of memory available (the green part of the memory bar is very short) !
I already tried to empty the download-folder on my PC without success.
The general reset of the TomTom Rider, pushing the powerbutton for more than 30 seconds until I hear the startsound again, has no effect.
How can I solve this problem?
The SN: KDxxxxKxxxxx Model Rider.
Normally I have lifetime updates on both systems of maps and other features.

    Problem solved !
    After a few restarts of the application MyDrive Connect (because server being too busy) I got the possibility to download the map of Europe again.
    After download and installation the Rider works as before.
    This case may be closed for me.
