I'm not happy!!!!! Had Golfer 2 since Christmas, used it for 9 rounds of golf, went to use it yesterday and i got reset symbol on screen, connected to Sports Connect via computer and factory reset FOUR times but when i take it off of the charging cradle it goes back to reset symbol!! I was then lost in a never ending loop of despair trying aimlessly to find an actual email contact to report the issue! if anyone from TOMTOM monitors this forum then get in touch, if anyone else has had this issue i'd be grateful of some help.
This wasn't cheap and I don't expect it to have this type of issue WEEKS after purchase!!!!
Rant over!

FINALY A FIX, worked for me.
Sorry to hear that you have been experiencing the Reset Loop when trying to reset your Golfer watch. We have a workaround for this issue which will get your watch up and running again. Please carry out the steps below:- Uninstall Sports Connect from your computer
- Download and install the old version by clicking on this link: https://sports-preprod.tomtom-static.com/downloads/desktop/mysportsconnect/3_3_6/TomTomSportsConnectInstaller-3.3.6.pkg
- When offered to update to 3.3.7, click Exit and edit the prefs.ini. This can be found in the folder below:
- Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/TomTom/MySportsConnect/
- Set the update counters to zero:
- MySportsUpdateCheckRetryCount=0
- MySportsUpdateCheckTimeoutSecs=0
- Carry out a Factory Reset in Recovery Mode on your watch:

Hi - am so frustrated.... I cannot seem to download 3.3.6 - where is this exit button. I seem to go straight to 3.3.70

I don’t think it was an exit button, just quit instead of updating0
